Agile Health Radar
Visualizes team health.
PURPOSE
Teams regularly need an overview of their agile maturity and well-being. The Agile Health Radar makes the current state of a team visible along relevant dimensions and enables targeted improvements. It helps uncover blind spots and set priorities for team development.
HOW TO USE
Each team member anonymously rates the team along predefined dimensions such as collaboration, delivery quality, learning culture, and technical excellence. The results are visualized in a radar chart and discussed together. The team identifies the most pressing areas for improvement and defines concrete actions.
WHAT IT IS
The Agile Health Radar is an assessment tool that visualizes the health of agile teams along multiple dimensions. The radar chart format provides a quick overview of strengths and weaknesses. The format was provided by the Agile Alliance and can be flexibly adapted to the dimensions of the respective team context.
EXAMPLE
Example: Your agile team has been working together for six months, and as a Scrum Master, you want to find out where the team is well positioned and where things are not working. You use the Agile Health Radar, where the team rates dimensions such as teamwork, learning, delivery speed, and technical quality on a scale and visualizes them as a radar chart.
