PURPOSE
Teams often function without an explicit shared understanding of their goals, roles, and working methods. The Team Model Canvas creates transparency about all essential team dimensions and uncovers inconsistencies early. It helps new and existing teams agree on a shared operating model.
HOW TO USE
The team fills out the canvas collaboratively in a facilitated workshop, discussing topics such as goals, roles, rules, and resources. Each field is addressed in dialogue so different perspectives become visible. The completed canvas is displayed visibly and updated regularly.

The Team Model Canvas is a visual worksheet for holistic modeling of team structures. It includes fields such as team goals, roles, activities, resources, values, rules, and stakeholders. The format follows the canvas methodology and can be printed as a poster for team spaces.
